Woke up at 7 and had a nice big breakfast and then started the day with an Ayurveda massage. I could not believe how many hurting mussles I had, especially my calfes. Back in the hotel I found a message from my son asking if I was ok as I looked so bad (lost 5kg and looked totally exhausted - I sent him a picture I made in front of the mirror). Early afternoon I went for a steak - I really love veg food, but the choice on a trek is not that big so I enjoyed these big pieces of meat, called the trekker steak. I then walked around here and there looking for the missing gifts and I found some nice things. I went back to the hotel and had an afternoon nap but still felt like a truck ran over me. For dinner I had a cup of coffee and a big bar of chocolate I bought in a supermarket. Next day I slept late as I wathed a movie till 2 in the night, had breakfast and went to the monkey temple which was totally crowded as it was Saturday which is off day in Nepal. Unfortunately there was garbage flying around everywhere. They still have to learn about taking care for the environment. I found a ncie stone Buddha which was way too expensive but on the way home to the g´hotel I walked around a bit and found a nice Djibead for a reasonable price. The owner of the hotel fired up the grill for dinner again offering steak with mashed potatoes - delicious. Next morning Jhamka showed up with a car and took me to the airport. Bye bye Nepal. Not sure if I will come back, although I really like you.
